the foie gras protesters targeted thomas keller's restaurants this week but keller kept calm and classy with a tall, cool glass of lemonade which he so generously shared with protesters outside his yountville restaurant, the french laundry. the foie foes were also treated to the restaurant's daily tasting of vegetables. way to stay classy, chef keller!
